When will I get my order?

All items are made-to-order especially for you! Usually, it takes 3–7 days to make and fulfill an order, then it’s shipped out via USPS. The shipping time depends on your location but on average may take 3-4 business days. You will receive an email with shipping information once your order has been sent out.

I appreciate your patience! I hope you’ll love your items, it’ll be worth the wait!

Do you have a physical location? Can I pick up in SF?

At this moment my shop is online only. I cannot offer in person pick up in San Francisco as all items are made-to-order out of town and shipped directly to you and other Cipotes around the world.

As of 2023, I no longer have merch available at Handmade in California store at Stonestown Galleria.

Do you pop-up at vendor events?

Yes!! If you’re in the San Francisco Bay Area, check out my Pop-ups page for the schedule! Stay tuned for announcements on my Instagram page too: @sanfrancipota.

What’s your return policy?

San Francipota cannot offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please email: sanfrancipota@gmail.com ASAP

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please email San FranCipota with photos of wrong/damaged items via email to sanfrancipota@gmail.com

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, San Francipota cannot offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit, check out the sizing charts in the product photos. Can’t find the size chart? Send me a message and I will send you one for your item in question.

Why did I only get part of my order?

Sometimes items ship separately depending on how many items and different category items were ordered. Stay tuned for your shipment email. If you’ve only received part of your order, you can always reach out to me so I can check up on your order and send you any additional tracking information links.
